Shipping Policy

Automatic Transport Calculator System:

Riverside Parts Suppliers online shop calculates an estimated cost of transportation based on standard metropolitan delivery rates. In instances when delivery rates would be increased, such as for transporting to some rural and remote locations, you will be contacted by the Riverside Parts Suppliers staff to help arrange an alternative method. You will be notified by our staff prior to transport if there is a difference in the cost of delivery for any purchase, at which point Riverside Parts Suppliers may pass the additional transport charge on to the customer if necessary.

Riverside Parts Suppliers will always notify a customer if there is a much cheaper method of transportation for the customer and facilitate where necessary in order to help our customers get the part they need at the right price.

Delivery Time:

Once payment has received and any transportation logistical issues have been solved (if there are any), you will receive notification that Riverside Parts Suppliers will ship your parts out through our contracted courier immediately.

Cancelling an order before it is Shipped:

Any order that is cancelled must be done so before the parts are shipped out of our warehouse. If a Riverside Parts Suppliers staff is notified of the cancellation before the parts are shipped out, but payment has been processed, then the customer will be refunded only 95% of the total value of the purchase, 5% process charge remains.

In the event that the items have been shipped, then you (the customer) will be refunded 90% of the cost of the items, 10% process charge remains. The shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping costs will be at the customers cost. The refund will not be issued under any circumstance until the items have been retuned to Riverside Parts Suppliers in their original conditions.
