Finding the Right Part:

To find the part you need, simply follow the links on the “Makes and Models” menu on the left side of your screen.  Click on the Model of your car form the list and then browse the parts available for that model.   Our team at Riverside Parts Suppliers have worked to supply our customers with the most accurate and up-to-date information for all parts, to make our customers shopping experience efficient and trouble free.

Purchasing the Right Part:

Once you have located the part that you require, click the “Add to Cart” button.  This will take you to the 'check out' section where you can view the products in your cart.  Feel free to go through and add as many products as you need to fill up you cart and then either select “Pay Now” or “Enquire” to communicate with Riverside Parts Suppliers staff if you have any queries.

Methods of Payment:

The main method of payment is through a secure online method, however, if you require an alternative method such as Direct Deposit you must first Enquire with the Riverside Parts Suppliers staff who will instruct you on the next step.  Your order will then be processed once payment is received.

Shipment and Delivery once the Order is processed:

Riverside Parts Suppliers is a Sydney based operation and will ship our product from our warehouse once payment is received.  Our commitment is to a quick and efficient delivery process, whereby the customer is in constant update of the delivery of their products.  In country areas or out-of-metro areas, shipment of items can be costly due to sizes and weights.  In situations such as these, a staff member will contact you to see if a more economical means can be negotiated with you.
