Warranty Policy
New Aftermarket Parts Quality Promise:
Riverside Parts Suppliers is in constant communication with a number of globally accredited suppliers to make sure that the products we provide are manufactured to a high standard. Our “Quality Promise” stipulates that the products we provide are free from manufacturing flaws. This warranty covers defects and material property defects and is valid to the person who purchases the product for the time they own the vehicle.
- This warranty is void if the parts are used for any other purpose then their intended purpose and if physical, structural or chemical modifications are made to the product.
- The warranty does not cover the following; Transportation costs, replacement and removal costs, cost of the time the vehicle is detained, modifications of any sort, problems caused by inaccurate repairs or improper installations.
- Products will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Riverside Parts Suppliers once it has been acknowledged by our staff with sufficient proof that a flaw in the product caused it to be defective.
Used Parts Quality Promise:
Our vehicles are all accident write off vehicles from various insurance conpanies. Through extensive experience and knowledge, our staff acquires vehicles that we consider to be in the best mechanical condition based on factors such as age, type of accident and where obtainable the service history of the vehicle. As with all used vehicle parts it must be understood that a car is a very complex machine and is therefore fragile. Yet we make sure that we apply all possile methods to make sure that the parts we recycle and provide to our customers is in the best possible conditions it can be.
Used Parts Warranty:
When purchasing used body panels, we provide the best possible description and visual aids so that you the customer can make a decision on your accord. Riverside Parts Suppliers will at all times attemt to overstate conditions or panels but all panels are purchased "as is" and are not returnable or exchangeable if color does not match or condition is not satisfactory.
Electrical items are sold "as is" regardless of condition or if they work or not. As harsh as it seems it is the same as if they were purchase NEW due to the complexity of vehicle electronic systems. It should be noted that all electrical services should be carried out by a professional auto electrician as more than ofter 'scanners', 'resetting' and 'diagnostics' will be required to solve your problem. It is not always as simple as plug it in and it will work. More than ofter unprofessional installation will damage working electronic parts making it seem as if they do not work, theis does not mean they did not work when you bought them.
Engines and Transmissions...
Transportation problems:
If a purchased product is damaged in transit, then it is necessary that proof of the damage is provided to Riverside Parts Suppliers within 24hours of arrival at the customer’s door with adequate photographs. We will then deal with the matter with the transportation company and inform the customer of the next course of action to make sure they get the part they need damage free.
Refund Policy:
If a product is to be refunded, it must be returned to Riverside Parts Suppliers in the original condition at which it was sold in, which includes original packaging. Firstly the Riverside Parts Suppliers staff must be notified by email or phone and made aware of the refund and the circumstances of the refund, and must have the purchased product(s) returned to our factory within 10 working days from the purchase date. Original receipt(s) must be returned with the product(s), and once all these items are received then the refund will be made. THERE MUST BE GOOD CAUSE FOR A REFUND TO BE ALLOWED.
Freight costs for delivery and return of the product will be the responsibility of the customer. Riverside Parts Suppliers will not be responsibly for transportation costs.
Replacement Policy:
To replace a product, the product must be returned along with the original receipt in original or sturdy packaging that would prevent transportation damage. Arrangements must be made with Riverside Parts Suppliers Staff before any items are returned for replacement. Products will only be accepted for replacement if sufficient proof is provided that shows the product is defective due to manufacturing flaws and has not become void of the warranty stated above. Transportation costs for return delivery to Riverside Parts Suppliers warehouse is at the expense of the customer.

What if Riverside Parts Suppliers sends me a Part that is wrong or I didn' order? and who pays the shipping?
Our site provides a you the customer with as much information as possible to make your own judgement and decision on what parts you need and if they are suitable for your car. If you are unaware if you are selecting the right part, consult our staff through our contact info or see a Panel Beater or Mechanic to help you make an informed decision.
If we do send you a part that does not match the item description you bought, then will accept the return and pay for return delivery, the original courier costs from our warehouse to you the customer will still remain at your cost as courier chargers are independent of the purchase of your products.
